Even with the best efforts of everyone involved, claims can and do happen — and that is nothing to be alarmed about. National Home Warranty acts as your claims administrator: we gather your information, liaise with your builder, and work with Aviva Insurance Company of Canada as the program insurer to ensure warrantable defects are resolved. This page is your starting point.
